Tread Lightly! announces Overlander.com as its newest Official Partner

CENTERVILLE, UT. (Mar 5, 2021)— Tread Lightly!, a U.S.-based nonprofit dedicated to promoting responsible outdoor recreation through education and stewardship programs today announced Overlander.com as its newest Official Partner.

As an Official Partner of Tread Lightly!, Overlander.com’s efforts and donation will help to ensure millions of outdoor enthusiasts are reached through trail stewardship projects, education campaigns and responsible recreation training.

“Thank you to Overlander.com for committing to keeping access open to public land for the overlanding community,” said Matt Caldwell, Executive Director of Tread Lightly!. “Thanks to its donation we will be able to continue our work of protecting trails through on-the-ground stewardship projects and responsible recreation education.”

Overlander.com has partnered with the team at Expedition Overland to launch with one mission: enable the growing overlanding community to actually get out there. Along with their donation, Overlander.com is also offering a discount to select Tread Lightly! members to save up to $50 on select gear.

“We’re not just here to sell stuff,” said Leah Keith, General Manager of Overlander.com  “Gear is a huge part of what we do, and the products we put the Overlander name behind we believe in, because we use them. But the experiences are what matter. The Tread Lightly! message ensures that we work together to keep our Earth green and our trails open. And we’re committed to furthering that mission.”
