New from BDS // 4″ RADIUS ARM LIFT SYSTEMS FOR 2020 FORD SUPER DUTY

The next generation 2020 Ford Super Duty is here chocked full of cool tech and a new 10-speed transmission. While the suspension carries over many similarities to the 2005-2019 model Super Duty, a few kit updates have been needed to ensure the fit and finish BDS customers have come to expect. The first kits to be officially launched for the 2020 Super Duty are 4″ radius arm systems, available for gas and diesel trucks as well as offered with NX2 shocks, FOX 2.0 shocks, FOX 2.5 RR coilovers and FOX 2.5 DSC coilovers. Joining these 2020 compatible lift systems soon will be a wide range of 2-8″ lift systems as well as some additional kits and options. These 4″ radius arm systems will allow clearance for 37″ tires to be installed. As with all BDS kits these include Factory Protection Plus (FPP) for peace of mind wherever you adventure. Included in FPP is BDS’s No Fine Print Warranty and a 5-year, 60,000-mile supplemental drivetrain warranty. Coldwater, MI: BDS Suspension adds new lift options and accessories for the 2020 Ford Super Duty. These 4” radius arm systems are the first of many options for these new trucks.

4″ Radius Arm Lift Systems:

Built to take full advantage of the factory suspension design, these 4″ radius arm systems correct suspension, steering, and driveline geometry with room for 37″ tires. At the heart of this system is a pair of heavy duty radius arms built to withstand whatever abuse you can throw at them. Built from 1.75″ OD -10GA DOM tubing with support gussets, these replacement arms are far superior to the factory stamped steel units. They use a high clearance design for extra ground clearance and are formed inward to allow for additional clearance of oversized tires. They incorporate factory style 3.25″ rubber bushings to minimize road vibrations and allow for a long, maintenance-free bushing life. The arms bolt into the factory mounting points and reposition the front axle to correct caster angle. The additional 4″ of lift comes from a pair of full length diesel of gas specific ProRide coil springs. These paired with your choice of BDS NX2 series gas shocks or the precision tuned FOX 2.0 performance gas shocks offer a smooth ride and improved control over rough terrain. To improve steering angles, a forged drop pitman arm is supplied with an integrated drag link flip. Used in combination with the 1/4″ thick heavy duty track bar drop bracket will position the front axle and keep the track bar angle in phase with the steering for improved handling. Also included for the front suspension are a pair of sway bar relocation brackets, bump stop extensions, brake line relocation brackets and a NX2 series steering stabilizer with mounting bracket. Out back a 4.5″ fabricated block with integrated bump stop wing is used in place of the factory block on the F250 or F250 to level the stance. Longer black e-coated u-bolts and your choice of NX2 or FOX 2.0 shocks round out this 4″ radius arm lift system.

4″ Radius Arm Coilover Systems:

Built to take full advantage of the factory suspension design and take performance to the next level, these 4″ radius arm coiler systems correct suspension, steering and driveline geometry with room for 37″ tires. At the heart of this system is a pair of heavy duty radius arms built to withstand whatever abuse you can throw at them. Built from 1.75″ OD -10GA DOM tubing with support gussets, these replacement arms are far superior to the factory stamped steel units. They use a high clearance design for extra ground clearance and are formed inward to allow for additional clearance of oversized tires. They incorporate factory style 3.25″ rubber bushings to minimize road vibrations and allow for a long, maintenance-free bushing life. The arms bolt into the factory mounting points and reposition the front axle to correct caster angle. The additional 4″ of lift comes from a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers. Available with or without the optional DSC (dual speed compression adjustment) these coilovers are preset right out of the box for optimal performance with the weight of the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine. They are an easy install using the supplied frame and axle mounting brackets and pair with FOX 2.0 performance gas shocks offer a smooth ride and improved control over rough terrain.
